Here at AMS Landscaping we have clients that sometimes ask us about flat monthly billing for lawn care services. We traditionally do flat fee services but we do offer a more budget conscience option to accommodate clients that prefer a flat monthly fee. Many times there are extra services like turf fertilizer, or winter overseeding in the fall, or pre-emergent to prevent weeds that we can combine into a flat annual fee so that you do not have up and down months throughout the year. We can combine ANY extra services you like to make it easier for you as a customer.
