Desert Willow trees are beautiful medium-size trees that grow between 15-40 feet in height (10-20 feet wide0. It is a deciduous open growing tree that will leave seasonal litter. The leaves are a green, sometimes greyish greed with beautiful flowers that are either white, pink or purple. This tree does best in full sun and tolerates our hot summers and cold winters. The Desert willow tree is drought tolerant but does much better when it is getting water from your landscaping irrigation system. Here is our watering recommendations;
Pruning these trees just require annual maintenance to keep them thin during the monsoon season and maintain the canopy so that the tree grows upright. These trees are non-allergenic and are not prone to any disease or insects and even attract hummingbirds.
