Do you have a small area in your landscape that you are having trouble filling in without shrubs overtaking the entire area? For areas like this, we sometimes recommend the Angelita Daisy which is a very hardy perennial that blooms almost all year round with beautiful yellow flowers. These shrubs are green all year and bloom most of the year as well with beautiful yellow flowers. They grow in large clumps that do not get much taller than 1 foot high 1-2 feet in diameter. They are native to our high and low temperatures, that do not use much water but do best if put on your landscape drip system. This is a great accent plant that is thornless, and does not shed at all. These plants are not prone to any disease or insects.
