We have been getting a fantastic amount of rain here in Phoenix and when this happens we start to see the impact it has on the number of weeds that grow and how fast they get tall. Whenever it rains here in our desert climate, the soil is very fertile for niew growth. The best way to address this issue is and prevent weeds from growing is to apply a product called pre-emergent that acts as a weed preventer and comes with a 6 month warranty against new weeds growing. This product is so great that we can offer a warranty that if you do get more weeds within the 6 month period we will send out our contractor to re-apply and treat the new weeds.
