Do you like to be notified by your lawn care service before the day of service? We have many weekly, 2-week, and 4-week clients that get a lawn care service notification email the week before service. The email notifies them of the specific date of service with a request to see how the lawn and landscape service has been going. We also ask what can we do better to customize the service for their particular needs. We can also send out a text message when the crew is on their way. We then add notes to our dispatch for our lawn care teams to have so they can better understand your needs directly.
