Yard Care in Phoenix and Glendale AZ

AMS Landscape Maintenance Services

We offer regular landscape maintenance service as well as one-time yard cleanup.

I am Eli Hall with AMS Landscaping in Phoenix and in this video I explain the differences between Landscape Maintenance and Yard Cleanup Services.

We take care all of our maintenance customers weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks. Anything less frequent than that would require a “will call” or one-time cleanup service.

Yard Maintenance Includes:

Trimming a section of plants and trees up to 8 feet in height.

We usually break the yard into 4-6 sections, in which case we focus on either half of the front yard regarding all plants and trees, and then maybe the next service focus on half of the backyard so that the plant material and trees are not done all in one service.

Blow the entire property for leaves and debris

Spot spray for weeds

Mow and edge all turf areas

Blow off sidewalks

Check/adjust the sprinkler system

One-Time Yard Cleanups

These are very similar to landscape maintenance except we trim ALL of the plants and trees up to 8 feet in height in a single visit.

We then blow the entire grounds for leaves & debris, mow and edge spot spray for weeds and clean off all the walkways.
