Is It Too Late To Overseed My Lawn In Phoenix?

It’s the week of Halloween and temperatures are getting into the 40’s at night. This means germination will take longer for the seed to pop and put you near Christmas time for a nice looking lawn if you plant this week.

If you must plant, we recommend soil topper.  You must know that your winter lawn will only last about two months before the Bermuda grass starts to grow again next spring.
